Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, accessories, and seals remain intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Complimentary Oud Sample
Every order includes a complimentary oud sample, allowing you to experience the fragrance before opening the original product.
For this reason, opened products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
